The New York Times on Who Made That? (Lipstick)

I didn't write it - Pagan Kennedy did - but I can urge all you makeup mavens to read "Who Made That? (Lipstick)" in today's New York Times Magazine.

I've never thought about the creative process that brought us modern-day lipstick. Read about biochemist Hazel Bishop, 50 Shades of Red, and more. I think it's a good, short read.

I'm more offended by the deliberate delay of justice in the NYT's story on the Bronx criminal justice system. Where's Obama, the hot lawyer? What's he doing about this? But then I can assuage my outrage with lipstick, haha.

Nemo, I read that. Obama has nothing to do with the state of New York's budget. Ask instead, "Where is Cuomo?"

Hi Tomatefarcie,

I have no doubt that's true. Maybe more than six pounds.
